Revised Feet Can Last a Lifetime Kit

This updated kit is designed to provide health professionals with the tools and resources to prevent and treat diabetes foot problems among their patients. The revised kit includes foot exam instructions on a convenient pocket card with a disposable monofilament, Medicare coverage information on therapeutic footwear, patient education materials, and reference and resource materials for health professionals.
